Pedagógusoknak, intézményeknek

Our in-school programmes and trainings can be valuable for all teachers who want to expand their methodological toolbox, motivate their students, develop their creativity and critical thinking. Our core pedagogical concept - the "well-functioning classroom" - encourages teachers to transform their classroom work and inspires them to approach problems not only within the school but also in everyday life in a new way.

Trainings
Our training and individual mentoring activities aim to provide professional support for teachers' work and the introduction of creative education in the classroom, and to support the internal professional development of educational institutions. Building on the concept of the 'well-functioning classroom' as the professional basis for our programmes, and through an understanding of the five pillars of creativity, we provide concrete methodological tools that can be integrated into teachers' classroom practice.
The Creative Partnerships programme develops innovative and long-lasting relationships between schools and creative professionals from different sectors (e.g. performing artists, visual artists, architects, multimedia professionals, scientists). The programme is based on active classroom collaboration between teachers and artists.

The Art of Learning
The Art of Learning is a long-lasting intensive development programme for primary school students. Through art and culture, it supports students to develop their executive functions (self-control, working memory, flexibility of thinking) and to acquire a tangible knowledge of the "how" of learning.
During our art education sessions, students and their teachers work with staff from contemporary art centres and galleries on subject content and learning questions, providing them with a learning experience that breaks out of their usual learning routine and experiences the greatness of learning together through art and culture.
