First time: Friday 12 April
With the support of the Nagykovácsi Municipality, a series of School Waiting sessions will be launched in Nagykovácsi, organised by the Creative Learning and Education Foundation in cooperation with the Primary School.
Creativity and 21st century skills (collaboration, imagination, perseverance, curiosity, discipline) are key skills that every child preparing for school needs. And independence and the ability to concentrate are essential for school readiness and are a key focus.
We take children into a magical world of stories and art, where they can let their imagination run wild, discover themselves and learn lots of things without being noticed.
As part of the training, we will also make available a playful assessment developed by Chilean researchers that gives feedback on your child's level of brain executive functions (working memory, self-control, flexibility of thinking).
The sessions will be held on Fridays from 12 April to 31 May from 13:30 to 14:30 at Nagykovácsi Primary School.
Kindergarten teachers will escort the children to the school building, and parents will have to come to the school to pick up their children.
The session will be led by Krisztina Vladár, creative specialist, visual artist and teachers from Nagykovácsi Primary School (future first grade teachers).
